We have a rotating cast of wines from Lill Family Wines. Your tasting flight will include four different wines, and typically includes 2 reds and 2 whites.

Which wines will you be serving?

Groups larger than 6 guests must call the tasting room to reserve a private picnic table. Please call 425-466-0213 and press “1” for the tasting room. We accept one credit card for large group reservations with an automatic 20% gratuity.

Do you accept larger groups?

In our busiest season, June-August, we’re typically booked all weekend with weddings. However, in our off-season, we often have space to host smaller events - just let us know the dates you have in mind, and we’ll fill you in.

Do you host rehearsal dinners or wedding showers?

We can host up to 200 guests at your event, but our flexible spaces mean that we can also host much smaller groups - without making you feel overwhelmed by empty space. We can also set the venue up for breakout rooms and then a larger space for the whole group. The choice is truly yours.

We are an outdoor venue during the summer and can host up to 400 guests with our outdoor spaces.

Do you have a getting-ready suite on site?

The time you can access the venue varies based on the time of year. Please inquire about your date and we can let you know about availability. We are happy to be flexible and allow earlier access time by request. We will work with you and your schedule within these parameters to ensure your day is as stress-free as possible.

How long will I have the venue space for on my wedding day?

We want you to have maximum flexibility when planning your event but also want you to have a stress-free event. For that reason, we have required catering teams, because they are easy and efficient for our patrons to work with. You are welcome to choose your own vendors otherwise. If you need advice on catering, florals, or entertainment, we’ve worked with many vendors in the area and can recommend someone. 

What’s your vendor policy?

Our Events Director or Sr. Event Operations Assistant will be your main point of contact for Chateau Lill. Once you inquire, we’ll be in touch, and you’ll have the same team as your main contact throughout your wedding planning process.

Who will my contact be?

A ceremony in an airy grand hall, followed by a cozy cocktail hour in the Barrel Room and dinner on the terrace? At Chateau Lill, you set the agenda.
